Understanding the Affiliate Sign-up Form
The Affiliate Sign-up Form consists of four major sections:
Affiliate Register Link
Campaign Assignment
Registration Page Customization
Form Fields
Each section is explained below.
Affiliate Register Link
The Affiliate Register Link is the public registration URL that affiliates can use to create an account on your Affnook panel.
Example:
You can share this URL with prospective affiliates to allow them to register directly.
Persistent Campaign ID
The Persistent Campaign ID allows you to assign a default campaign to every affiliate who registers through the sign-up form.
Select Campaign
Choose the campaign that should automatically be associated with newly registered affiliates.
When configured:
Every affiliate registering through this form will be mapped to the selected campaign.
The campaign assignment remains fixed unless changed later by an administrator.
This is useful when you want all new affiliates to start promoting a specific campaign.
Dynamic Campaign ID
The Dynamic Campaign ID enables campaign assignment based on the campaign specified in the registration URL.
Select Campaign
Select the campaigns that can be assigned dynamically during affiliate registration.
When a valid campaign ID is passed through the registration link, the affiliate will automatically be associated with that campaign instead of the default campaign.
This is useful when using different registration links for different campaigns.
Custom Affiliate Signup Form Title
This field allows you to customize the heading displayed on the affiliate registration page.
Example:
Become Our Affiliate Partner
A meaningful title helps personalize the registration experience for affiliates.
Custom Affiliate Signup Form Description
Use this section to display additional information below the title.
You can use this area to:
Welcome new affiliates.
Describe your affiliate program.

This helps affiliates better understand your program before completing the registration.
