At a Glance: This article provides a detailed guide on setting up an SMTP domain on Affnook to send automated emails to your affiliates, brands and team members.
Overview
SMTP is used to send, receive, and relay outgoing emails between senders and receivers. When an email is sent, it is transferred over the internet from one server to another using SMTP. In this guide, we will explain how to implement an SMTP domain on the Affnook panel to send automated emails to your affiliates, brands, and team members.
Steps to Setup SMTP
Below mentioned are the steps to configure SMTP on the affnook platform:-
Add Configuration
Go to the configuration and click on the tracking, navigate to SMTP Domain and click on Add configuration.

Save and Make a Test
Click on save after filling up the details and make a test from a test email to check everything is working fine and there are no error logs.
SMTP Logs
SMTP logs record the details of email transactions that occur through your SMTP server. These logs provide valuable information for troubleshooting, monitoring, and verifying the delivery of emails. Key elements typically found in SMTP logs include:
1. Created: Date of the log when it was created.
2. Message: To whom the mail was sent with subject, Cc, and BCc details as well.
3. Error: If there is any error with the mail or with the SMTP server.
By analyzing SMTP logs, you can identify issues with email delivery, verify successful email transmissions, and ensure the overall health of your email infrastructure.
