Introduction
The Affiliate Program Settings feature allows you to define and manage referral commissions for affiliates. This includes setting up global referral rules and customizing partner-specific commission levels based on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) or payout percentages. The flexibility provided by this feature ensures that you can incentivize your partners effectively and maintain control over commission structures.
Global Settings
Steps to Follow
Navigate to Global Affiliate Program Settings
Go to the Affiliate section from the left-hand menu.
Click on Referral Settings under the Affiliate tab.
Configure Global Settings
Locate the Global Setting section at the top of the page.
Click on Add option to configure global settings.
Fill up the Details
Set status as Active or Inactive.
Choose the Method for referral calculation:
Percentage of NGR (Net Gaming Revenue)
Percentage of Payout
% of CPA Cumulative Deposit Payout
Set the percentage for Level 1 (L1), Level 2 (L2), and Level 3 (L3) referrals. For example: L1: 10% L2: 20%L3: 30%
Once you save the setting, you also have option to select the Override Partner Referral option if you want to apply global settings for all affiliates without exceptions.
Save the setting.
Partner-Level Settings
Steps to Follow
Navigate to Partner-Level Settings
Scroll down to the Partner Settings section on the same page.
Manage Partner-Specific Settings
Click Add New to configure referral settings for an individual partner.
Fill out the following fields in the popup form:
Affiliate: Select the affiliate you want to configure.
Method: Choose between % of NGR , % of Payout or % of CPA Cumulative Deposit Payout.
Enter the percentages for L1, L2, and L3.
Click Submit to save the changes.
Note:
Partner-specific settings will override global settings for the selected affiliate.
Referral percentages and methods will be applied individually to each partner.
Edit or Delete Partner Settings
Use the Edit button next to a partner’s name to modify their referral settings.
Use the Delete button to remove a partner’s referral configuration.
Note:
Updated settings will reflect immediately for the specific affiliate.
Deleted settings will revert to the default global configuration for that affiliate.
