Overview
The Referral Report provides detailed insights into referral activity driven by affiliates or partners. This report helps you track how many users were referred, monitor conversions and revenue generated from those referrals, and evaluate the effectiveness of your referral campaigns. It is useful for understanding performance at a granular level and optimizing partner strategies.
Accessing the Referral Report
To view the Referral Report:
Log in to your Affnook dashboard.
Navigate to Reports → Referral Report.
Report Attributes
You can customize the report by selecting specific attributes using the filter option. Below are the key attributes available:
Name: Name of the affiliate or partner who generated the referrals.
Referral Level 1
Referrals: Number of direct referrals generated by the affiliate.
NGR: Net Gaming Revenue generated by Level 1 referrals.
Payout: Commission earned from Level 1 referrals.
Referral Level 2
Referrals: Number of referrals generated by sub-affiliates under Level 1.
NGR: Net Gaming Revenue generated by Level 2 referrals.
Payout: Commission earned from Level 2 referrals.
Referral Level 3
Referrals: Number of referrals generated by sub-affiliates under Level 2.
NGR: Net Gaming Revenue generated by Level 3 referrals.
Payout: Commission earned from Level 3 referrals.
Total
Referrals: Total number of referrals across all levels.
NGR: Total Net Gaming Revenue generated across all referral levels.
Payout: Total commission earned from all referral levels.
Steps to Apply Filters
To customize your Campaign Report:
Access Filters: Click on the filter icon located at the top-right corner of the report.
Affiliate: Select one or more affiliates to view data specific to those partners.
Saved Report: Choose a previously saved report to quickly apply predefined filter settings.
Exporting the Report
You can export the Referral Report in CSV or Excel format by selecting the export icon at the top of the report view. This enables you to:
Share referral data with your team
Compare performance across multiple periods
Integrate report data into other dashboards or tools
