The Campaign Access section allows you to view all Permission campaigns and the affiliates who have been granted access to promote them.
When a campaign is created with Visibility set to Permission, it is hidden from all affiliates by default. Access must be granted manually to the required affiliates. Once access is assigned, the campaign and its associated affiliates are displayed in the Campaign Access section.
Navigate to Campaign Access
To access the Campaign Access page:
Log in to your Affnook panel.
Navigate to Campaigns.
Click Campaign Access.
The Campaign Access page displays all permission-based campaigns along with the affiliates who have been granted access.
Viewing Campaign Access
The Campaign Access page provides a consolidated list of all campaign access mappings.
For each mapping, you can view:
Campaign – The permission-based campaign.
Affiliate – The affiliate who has been granted access to the campaign.
Only campaigns with Permission visibility are displayed in this section.
How Campaign Access Works
Campaign Access is automatically created when:
A campaign is created with Visibility set to Permission.
One or more affiliates are granted access to the campaign.
Once the campaign is saved, the assigned affiliates will be able to view and promote the campaign. The corresponding campaign-affiliate mapping will also appear in the Campaign Access page.
If affiliate access is updated for a permission campaign, the changes are automatically reflected in the Campaign Access list.
Best Practices
Grant campaign access only to affiliates who are approved to promote the campaign.
Review campaign access regularly to ensure only authorized affiliates have access.
Remove affiliate access when it is no longer required to maintain proper campaign visibility.
