At a Glance: This article guides you on how to create your first campaign in Network panel.
Overview
In Affnook’s network panel, campaigns form the foundation of marketing. They are often referred to as “offers” in the industry. A campaign serves as the central hub where all key information is created, managed, and shared with Affiliates and Brands.
Steps to create a campaign
By following the below-mentioned step-by-step process, you will be able to successfully create a campaign on the panel.
Step 1: Go to add campaigns
Go to manage and click on campaigns, and you will see option to add campaign in the top right corner. Click on add campaign option to proceed further.
Step 2: Adding basic details
Add basic details like brand name, campaign details, status, etc to move on to the next step.
Brand Name* – The brand associated with the campaign.
Campaign Title* – The unique name assigned to identify the campaign.
Status* – Defines whether the campaign is active, paused or pending.

Allowed Traffic Types – The types of traffic sources permitted for the campaign (e.g., social, search, native).
Denied Traffic Types – The traffic sources that are not allowed for the campaign.

Step 4: Review details
Review the details and click on submit, and you are all set.
Step 3: Add payout details
Visibility: You can set the visibility of your campaign for your affiliates as either private or public.
The Visibility setting determines which affiliates can view and access the campaign.
You can choose one of the following visibility options:
Public
Select Public to make the campaign available to all affiliates registered on the platform.
Use this option when you want maximum campaign exposure without restricting affiliate access.
Private
Select Private if you want the campaign to be visible only to specific affiliates.
After selecting this option, you can manually choose the affiliates who should have access to the campaign.
This option is useful for exclusive campaigns or campaigns intended for selected partners.
Group
Select Group to make the campaign available only to affiliates belonging to one or more predefined affiliate groups.
This option simplifies campaign management by granting access to multiple affiliates through group assignments instead of selecting affiliates individually.
Ask For Permission
When Ask For Permission is enabled, affiliates can view the campaign but must submit an access request before promoting it.
The request can then be reviewed and approved or rejected by the network administrator.
This option provides better control over affiliate participation while allowing affiliates to express interest in promoting the campaign.
Payment Plan: We provide three suitable options for payout. The first option is the CPA (Cost per Acquisition) model, in which a predetermined amount is paid to publishers for each successful acquisition. Alternatively, you may opt for a Revenue share model, in which the payout is based on a pre-agreed percentage for each affiliate. Hybrid is the combination of CPA and Revshare that you can offer to the affiliates.
The Payout Plan determines how affiliates will be rewarded for successful referrals.
Note: Once a payout plan has been selected, it can only be changed if there are no associated customers or customer activity for the campaign.
Affnook offers the following payout models:
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
With the CPA model, affiliates receive a fixed commission whenever a qualifying conversion is recorded.
This model is commonly used when you want to pay affiliates a predetermined amount for each successful acquisition.
Revenue Share
With the Revenue Share model, affiliates receive a percentage of the revenuegenerated by the referred customer.
Depending on your campaign configuration, this may be based on metrics such as:
Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
First-Time Deposit (FTD)
This model is ideal for businesses that want to reward affiliates based on long-term customer value.
Hybrid
The Hybrid model combines both CPA and Revenue Share.
Affiliates receive:
A fixed CPA commission, and
A percentage of the customer's generated revenue.
This option provides a balanced commission structure by rewarding both customer acquisition and ongoing customer value.
Commission variables: When your payment plan is selected as CPA, you have the flexibility to set the commission based on two criteria. The first is FTD (First-Time Deposit), which refers to the initial deposit made by a player in a game. The second is Registrations, which pertains to the registration of a new player for a particular game or product.
When your payout plan is selected as Rev share, you have the flexibility to set the commission based on two criteria. The first is FTD (First-Time Deposit), which refers to the initial deposit made by a player in a game. The second is Net Gaming Revenue which refers to financial outcome of operators once all costs have been deducted from Gross Gaming Revenue.
When your payout plan is selected as Hybrid then there is additional cumulative deposit option available which refers to total deposit sum made by the player.
Currency: Please select the desired currency for the payout.
Payout: The designated amount to be paid to your affiliate. This amount will remain fixed in the case of CPA payment plan, while it will vary based on the percentage in the revenue share model.
Coverage: It is important to accurately specify the designated GEOs (Geographical Regions) in this field, as the campaign is strictly intended to operate in these specific locations. While traffic from any GEO may be generated for this campaign, only conversions from the designated GEOs will be considered for payment. Clicks coming from out of coverage area will automatically go to rejected state.
Step 4: Review details
Review the details and click on submit, and you are all set.
Configure QFTD (Qualified First-Time Deposit)
After creating a campaign, you can configure QFTD (Qualified First-Time Deposit)by adding payout rules to the campaign.
To configure QFTD:
Navigate to Campaigns.
Select the desired campaign.
Open the Payout section.
Click Create Payout.
Enter the required payout details.
Under Payout Rules, configure the QFTD conditions according to your campaign requirements.
Save the payout configuration.
What is QFTD?
QFTD (Qualified First-Time Deposit) is a payout condition that rewards affiliates when a referred customer makes their first-time deposit (FTD) and fulfills the additional qualification criteria defined in the payout rules.
The qualification criteria can include activities such as placing bets, reaching a wagering amount, or meeting other predefined conditions.
How QFTD Works
QFTD does not necessarily require all conditions to be completed within a single activity. Its behavior depends on how the payout rules are configured.
Scenario 1: QFTD as the Only Payout Rule
If QFTD is the only payout rule configured for a CPA + FTD campaign, the payout is triggered once the customer satisfies the configured QFTD requirement.
Example:
If the QFTD rule is configured as:
Bets greater than $10 within 10 days
the customer simply needs to accumulate more than $10 in bets within the 10-day qualification period. The required amount can be achieved through a single bet or multiple bets combined.
Scenario 2: QFTD with Additional Payout Rules
If QFTD is configured alongside one or more additional payout rules (for example, Deposit greater than $10), all configured conditions must be fulfilled before the payout is triggered.
For example, if the payout rules are:
Deposit greater than $10, and
Bets greater than $10 within 10 days (QFTD)
the referred customer must satisfy both conditions to qualify for the affiliate payout. Only after all configured payout rules have been met will the commission be awarded.
Note: Configure your payout rules carefully, as they determine the exact conditions under which affiliates become eligible to receive commissions.
