Overview
Affiliate Tracking link is a unique simple URL generated within every campaign. The tracking link carries all the information which has to be passed in the reports. When a visitor opens the offer through this URL a unique tracking token or click is generated for that specific affiliate.
Note:
This tracking link will be generated automatically by just selecting the affiliate. You can add and make changes in this tracking link as per your use cases.
Generate Tracking link
To generate a tracking link for a specific campaign, Go to the Manage section<<
<<Navigate to the Campaign<<Click on the specific campaign for which you want to generate a tracking link<<Locate the Tracking Link section on the right side of the campaign page.
Select any affiliate from the dropdown and the tracking link will be generated automatically in the below space which you can further share with your affiliate.
Checkbox Description
Add tracking param: You can add more tracking parameters to the tracking link to store additional information from the affiliate end.
Add source ( sub affiliate ): This check box will add a parameter (source) to the tracking link where in your affiliate can pass you sub affiliate.
Change tracking domain: You can change your tracking domain by checking this check box and selecting the required domain.
Click pixel: Click pixel is a small piece of code or tracking mechanism to count and track how many times a particular ad or content is clicked by user. You can generate a click pixel for your affiliate after selecting this check box.
Generate short link: If you want your tracking link to be short, you can click this check box depending on your requirement.
Impression pixel: An impression pixel is a tiny piece of code or tracking pixel placed to count and track how many times a particular ad or content is displayed or "impressed" to users. You can generate a impression pixel for your affiliate after selecting this check box.
Scanner: This scanner will route you to the tracking link. You can also download this scanner by clicking on it and navigating to download.
Note:
Kindly take note that upon selecting any of the checkboxes, it is necessary to click on the "generate" button in order to update the tracking link with any modifications.
